Ho letto incuriosita tutte le vostre disavventure con EasyJet e ho deciso di raccontarvi anche la mia ..sperando di poter trovare una soluzione :)

Ho ricevuto ieri sera..quando la stampa affermava che il traffico aereo si stava regolarizzando..questa email che chiaramente dice che il mio volo Catania-Parigi programmato a giugno è stat annullato a causa delle ceneri del vulcano islandesi...
E' una truffa? Controllando su "La mia prenotazione" sul sito Easyjet sembra tutto ok...

Flight Cancellation and Notification of Rights under EC Regulation No 261/2004

A volcano eruption in Iceland is pumping clouds of volcanic ash into the atmosphere. This is being blown towards UK airspace and will cause significant disruption to flights departing from and arriving in the UK on Tuesday 20 April 2010.

Safety is our number one priority and based on advice from the UK Met Office and Air Traffic Control any flights that pass through affected airspace have been cancelled. All airlines are affected by this unavoidable issue.

What now?
